After 5 years of using hotmail today i logged into my account, and they appear to have a new interface which happens to include
popups and an ads page. You now have to view this before than clicking again to read your mail. I guess it had to happen sooner or later since banner ads couldn’t have been profitable for them anymore. It doesn’t bother me all that much since it is a free service, and they are in business to make a profit. However, i must say i will probably
not be using them much longer and redirect things to one another email address(or maybe i”l just grin and bare it).

update:popups gone.
Maybe they saw this and decided to negotiate for their soul. You see, it is a good thing i’m here to fight evil.
